Advisory

Everson provides independent and bespoke real estate financing services across the real estate lifecycle; acquisition, development, exit and refinance. Preferred Equity

We can provide preferred equity to a diverse range of real estate assets and development projects.

Preferred equity shares a similar purpose to mezzanine debt, it is utilised to provide additional leverage and in the case where mezzanine is structured as a preferred loan, preferred equity will typically not hold security at the asset level.

Equity

We may contribute equity into a transaction with project partners on quality projects. We are able to co-invest alongside the core equity provided by the project partners. Typically equity can be structured as “shoulder to shoulder” (pari passu) and take on the characteristics of subordinated debt or a range of options in between.

First Mortgage

We provide first mortgage loans for acquisition of properties or projects prior to development and also to assist with the construction and development of properties.

Mezzanine Debt

We provide mezzanine and structured debt funding for existing properties as well as for construction and development opportunities.

Mezzanine debt structures may also be provided to investors to acquire existing properties for investment purposes or “value-add” opportunities. Value-add may be for repositioning a property to enhance its cash flow or by the letting up of a partially vacant property.
